Our Story
Soneo AI was founded in 2025 in Vienna to close a concrete gap in the market. Our co-founder Andreas began implementing AI projects for companies during his Master's studies in Artificial Intelligence at JKU Linz, from LLM-based automation solutions to machine learning models for industrial use cases.
Working directly with mid-sized companies in mechanical engineering, HR, and consulting, we kept seeing the same pattern: strong interest in artificial intelligence, but neither a clear technical strategy nor the internal capacity for productive deployment. This is exactly where we step in.
Since our founding, we have delivered more than ten AI projects across over five industries, including RAG knowledge systems for mechanical engineering teams saving 3 to 6 hours per engineer per week, AI-powered HR analytics tools, and automated business processes for consulting firms.
What drives us is not hype. We build AI applications that work in practice, are accepted by employees, and create real business value.

Our Team
Behind Soneo AI is an interdisciplinary team with experience in AI engineering, data science, software development, IT security, and business building, with hands-on industry experience from Bosch, Danube Dynamics, and Journi.
Andreas is pursuing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence at Johannes Kepler University Linz and holds a Bachelor's in Mechatronics. Before Soneo AI, he gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Danube Dynamics and as an Automation Engineer Intern at Bosch, where he worked on industrial ML pipelines. As a Python and Machine Learning trainer, he passed his knowledge on to professionals. At Soneo AI, he leads strategy, product development, and AI project delivery for mid-sized enterprises.
Lukas holds a BSc in Computer Science and Digital Communications from FH Campus Wien, specializing in AI & Data Science and IT Security. As an AI Engineer at ESG-Chain, he built production-grade AI systems based on LLMs and RAG, from data engineering and model training to deployment and GDPR-compliant infrastructure. At Soneo AI, he leads the entire technical architecture: AI knowledge systems, RAG architectures, secure cloud and on-premise deployment, and the integration of Large Language Models into productive enterprise environments.
Yanik is pursuing a Master's in Impact Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and holds a Bachelor's in International Business from WU Vienna. As Executive Assistant to the CEO at Journi, he worked directly on the C-level and finance team of a growing tech startup. He is a fellow of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program by Austrian Startups. At Soneo AI, he leads business development, sales, and the development of strategic partnerships across the DACH region.
Dzekson supports Soneo AI in market access, sales, and positioning. His focus is on aligning the service offering with the needs of companies in the DACH region.
