Purpose of processing:

The processing is carried out to handle your request and to contact you in connection with our services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Storage period:

The data will be deleted after your request has been completely processed, unless there are statutory retention obligations. Usually, deletion takes place after 12 months at the latest, unless a contractual relationship is established.

Obligation to provide data:

The provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without the relevant information, we cannot process your request.

We generally do not share your personal data with third parties, except: if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or to process your request, you have expressly consented, or we are legally obligated to do so.
