For the HER•izon Women Summit 2025 by founder Bianca Schwarzjirg, Soneo AI was the technology partner behind exactly this task. We built the entire website and the booking platform. From concept through design to technical implementation.
For four days in October 2025, Bad Gastein turned into one of Austria's most exciting meeting places for critically thinking, future-oriented women. For this experience to work, the technology in the background has to run smoothly.
The task: more than an event website
The HER•izon Summit needed a website that lives up to the event's standards: clear, emotional, mobile. Not a generic conference page, but a digital presence that conveys the feeling of HER•izon.

The website wasn't just supposed to work, it was supposed to convey a mood. That only succeeds when technology and content are conceived together from the start, instead of layering design over a finished structure afterwards.
The booking platform: complexity that looks simple
The visible part is the website. The demanding part is what happens behind it.
A multi-day conference is anything but trivial in booking terms. Different ticket categories, side events, a full program across four days. A platform has to map all of that without overwhelming the visitor.

That was exactly the challenge: translating the complexity of a multi-day event into a booking flow that feels simple and self-explanatory. Anyone who wants to buy a ticket should be able to do so in a few steps, no matter how layered the program behind it is.
